Mrs. Madhuri Marathe holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from Pune University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is in practice since 1994 and was a partner of the firm of company secretaries - M/s. Bapat Marathe & Associates.

Mrs. Swati Bapat holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from Pune University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is in practice since 1994 and was a partner of the firm of company secretaries - M/s. Bapat Marathe & Associates.
