Mrs. Madhuri Marathe holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from Pune University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is in practice since 1994 and was a partner of the firm of company secretaries - M/s. Bapat Marathe & Associates.

Mrs. Swati Bapat holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from Pune University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is in practice since 1994 and was a partner of the firm of company secretaries - M/s. Bapat Marathe & Associates.

Mr. Nishad Umranikar is commerce and law graduate from Mumbai University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was a proprietor of the firm, M/s. N.G.Umranikar & Associates, Company Secretaries and is in practice since 1999.
