Mrs. Madhuri Marathe holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from Pune University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is in practice since 1994 and was a partner of the firm of company secretaries - M/s. Bapat Marathe & Associates.

Mrs. Swati Bapat holds a postgraduate degree in commerce from Pune University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is in practice since 1994 and was a partner of the firm of company secretaries - M/s. Bapat Marathe & Associates.

Mr. Nishad Umranikar is commerce and law graduate from Mumbai University and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was a proprietor of the firm, M/s. N.G.Umranikar & Associates, Company Secretaries and is in practice since 1999.

He was a member of the Managing Committee of Pune Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the period 2004-2006 and Chairman for the year 2006.
He is currently a visiting faculty at various Law Colleges and Management Institutions and has delivered lectures at Maratha Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture on the subject of Corporate Laws.

In order to augment the professional resources, both the firms merged and started working under the name and style of M/s. MSN Associates, Company Secretaries, w.e.f. 1st April 2006.

In April 2023 the firm added two new partners in view of expanding its strength

CS Aditi Balpathak is a Commerce Graduate from Pune University and an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2009. She has been delivering lectures as Visiting Faculty at Seminars organized by Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad Chapters of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also been teaching Japanese language at The Indo-Japanese Association, Pune, a leading Institute in Japanese Language. She has an experience in dealing with FEMA, NCLT and other legal aspects, routine company law matters and FEMA Audits of recognised listed and unlisted companies.

CS Neha Gogate is a Commerce Graduate from Pune University and is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has an experience in dealing with FEMA, NCLT and other legal aspects, routine company law matters, compliance relating to listed companies such as Secretarial Audits, RTA Audits as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations and FEMA Audits of recognised listed and unlisted companies
